Navera at Mayfield Village Floor Plans

This page explains Navera Brampton floor plans only to the extent Digreen Homes has described them: two detached series, set on lots of about 38 feet and about 41 feet. There is no plan name, no bedroom count, and no square footage to show yet. A third-party listing template that shows condominium-style unit mixes does not describe this project and is not repeated here.

A 41-foot lot is about three feet wider than a 38-foot lot. In general terms, that extra width can allow a wider floor plan, a wider garage, or a different driveway arrangement. It does not, by itself, tell you the finished size of the house, the number of bedrooms, or the price. Digreen Homes has not released floor plans, garage options, or square footages for Navera at Mayfield Village. Lot specifications are approximate, and certain lots may carry premiums. When plans are published, compare the drawings for each series rather than assuming the wider lot is simply a larger version of the narrower one. The diagram below shows the width difference only. It is not a site plan and it is not a floor plan.

The two cards below name the series only. They are not released plans. Each row the builder has not published reads "To be announced" or "To be released at launch." Nothing on this page invents a model name or a size.

General guidance for reading a future Navera release, not a list of features the builder has promised. When drawings are published, line the series up against the same checklist so a wider lot is not mistaken for a confirmed larger house.
